Return Policy

If you wish to return any item(s), please be advised of our return policy:

For unopened food products returned in original, sellable condition within 30 days of date of purchase, Free Choice Foods® will extend a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). You are required to request a return merchandise authorization number by sending an email to sales@freechoicefoodsusa.com. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food packages.

Please provide us with your invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please make sure to properly package your returns as we are unable to issue credit for damaged merchandise. Please include a copy of your receipt and return merchandise authorization number and send to:

We will issue a credit within 24 hours via the same method of payment used for the order or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new item(s).

In cases in which we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item(s) picked up. We will re-ship your order at our expense.

Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and therefore may not be cancelled. If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.
