A delightful combination of texture and flavor! The softer texture of quinoa and lentils are offset with a crunchy sliced almond garnish. Golden raisins add the perfect finishing touch. Outstanding!

Ingredients
White Quinoa, Lentils*, Raisins*, Almonds, Vegetables* (Onion, Carrot, Peas, Green Bell Pepper, Garlic), Salt, Spices* (Cinnamon, Cumin, Red Pepper), Yeast Extract, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavor, Extractives of Turmeric (Color).

Grilled Beef Kebabs

| 1 lb. Beef Tenderloin, Cut Into 1" Cubes
1 Each Green & Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced Large
12 White Mushrooms, Cleaned
1 Red Onion, Coarse Chunks
6 Wooden Skewers, Soaked in Water 30 Minutes
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper | Assemble skewers by alternating beef cubes with vegetables. Place kabobs in a shallow dish in one layer. Brush with olive oil, then salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 10 minutes. Grill kabobs over high heat 3-5 minutes per side or until done. Brush kabobs with remaining olive oil while cooking. Enjoy! (3 servings) |
